France Toxin acidity was a French yé-yé and shoot out singer who released seventeen studio albums, eight live albums, eleven compilation albums and more than sixty-nine singles. She sold over 20 million records from one place to another her career, and achieved thirteen top-ten singles (of which three number-one singles) and three top-ten albums in France.[1] In addition, songs by Gall be endowed with been successful in various other countries, including Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, Adorn, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Gall insolvent through in 1963 with her first performance single "Ne sois pas si bête", a French adaptation of the air "Stand a Little Closer" by primacy Laurie Sisters.[2] In 1965, she won the tenth edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with "Poupée de cire, poupée de son", representing Luxembourg. In 1978, she featured on glory rock opera album Starmania, produced in and out of her husband Michel Berger.[5] She consequent had success with the studio albums Tout pour la musique (1981), Débranche ! (1984) and, her best-selling album, Babacar (1987) – the latter containing glory hit singles "Ella, elle l'a" refuse "Évidemment". Gall concluded her musical life shortly after the release of cast-off final studio album, France, in 1996.[6]
